Refund Policy

Cancellation of registration

Prior to the class – Partial Refund
Participants may cancel their registration up to 10 business days prior to the class and will be subject to a 30% administrative fee.*

After the class registration deadline –  No refund
Cancellations received less than 10 business days before a class are not eligible for a refund.

All cancellations must be made through our contact form.

Transfer of registration

Prior to the class
Participants may request to have their registration transferred to another class without penalty up until three days prior to the class.

The day before, the day of, or after a class
Transfer requests received less than three days prior to class will not be eligible for a transfer or refund.

Equipment Purchases

Training equipment is available for purchase to those instructors who are aligned under TBCPR's training site.  All equipment purchases must be paid in full and are non refundable.  All equipment must b picked up within 45 days of purchase or your purchase will be forfeited and will be not be refunded.

Cancellation of a class by Tampa Bay CPR (TBCPR)

TBCPR reserves the right to alter or cancel, without prior notice, any of the arrangements relating directly or indirectly to a class, for any circumstances beyond the TBCPR’s reasonable control. This includes the cancellation of a class itself.

TBCPR’s maximum liability is limited to a full refund of the class registration fee. TBCPR accepts no additional liability for travel, accommodation or any other additional costs incurred.

*Refund Restrictions

HeartCode classes (online AHA courses) and provider manuals are not eligible for a refund.  Classes which include HeartCode or hybrid modules as part of the learning process (instructor courses and skills checks) are not eligible for a refund.
